2. Use of Digital Products
All Digital Products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Product for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
-Share, sublicense, resell, or redistribute any Digital Product
-Reproduce or publicly display the content without written permission
-Use the content to create competing products or services
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
We do not store full payment card details.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, Downloads)
You may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase for any Digital Product, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Monthly Skool Community
You may cancel your membership at any time.
No refunds are provided for a billing period once payment for that month has been processed.
Access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Audit Services
You may cancel at any time before the audit has begun for a full refund.
Once the audit work has started or been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased Digital Product, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Site and Offerings — including text, videos, images, graphics, templates, and downloads — is owned by Northbound Labs or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing an Offering or joining our email list, you consent to receive occasional emails related to:
