These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://thenorthboundlabs.com (“Site”) and your purchase or download of our digital products, including The Content to Customer Playbook and related materials (“Products”).By purchasing or accessing our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.
1. Use of Digital Products
All Products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own personal or business use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the Product in any form.
2. Payments & Refunds
Pricing & Payment. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners; we do not store full card details.
Refunds – Content-to-Customer Playbook (digital). You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds – Content Conversion Blueprint (consulting). You may request a full refund any time before your scheduled consultation call begins. After the consultation call has been completed, the fee is non-refundable. If you decide immediately after the call not to proceed with the written Blueprint, we will issue a 50% refund of the package price.
